Led by curiosity, Lou is a self titled “jack of all trades” working across writing, creative production, multidisciplinary performance, dramaturgy, craft, graphic design, breathwork, wellbeing facilitation and DJing. As they work towards becoming a licensed somatic practitioner, they intend to bridge the gap between alternative play and wellbeing for the somatic liberation of othered bodies.For what matters beyond matter.

‘Held by a gentle electronic soundscape’, is a meditation that opens up an embodied process of detachment, affirmation and gratitude. Artists are permitted to deepen in their practice by moving through “not enoughness” and creative blocks.
